Winnerjit Singh Rathor is an experienced Web Developer and Designer with a passion for all forms of programming. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he excels in merging front end languages and back end languages to produce high-quality websites and web apps. Winnerjit's obsession for solving problems and efficient coding can be traced back to his affection for Mathematics. Currently, Winnerjit works as a Web Developer at the University of Ottawa. In his previous role as a Professor at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, he taught students the skills to develop user-friendly and well-designed websites using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. He also directed the academic opportunities of every student in class, prepared and engaged students in online coursework, monitored and analyzed students' efforts, responded to student emails and phone messages within 24 hours, evaluated student performance on assignments, and provided instructional feedback regarding student performance. Winnerjit has also worked as a Programmer/Analyst at HRSG, where he contributed to the development of Competency Core Software while writing clean, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular code that meets desired architectural objectives and company requirements. He developed back-end modules for the software using MVC PHP framework, modernized UI using Front End Technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, and Frameworks Such as Bootstrap, Material Design, and Foundation, developed and consumed RESTful API's, used GIT for version control management, performed UI/backend tests to optimize performance, worked as an Agile scrum team member, and used Jira, Confluence HipChat, and Microsoft Teams for documentation and communications. Winnerjit holds an Advanced Diploma in Interactive Multimedia Developer from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. He is proficient in Web, Backend, Frontend, UI, Designer, Javascript, test, PHP, Software Engineer, and AngularJS.
